Getting Started
What is Renoxpress?
Renoxpress is the all-in-one platform for builders, trades and homeowners — connecting every stage of a renovation or build with real-time visibility. It brings quotes, schedules, trades, progress payments, photos and client updates into one place, so everyone works from a single source of truth.
Who is Renoxpress for?
It's built for residential builders and construction companies, the trades and sub-contractors who work with them, and the homeowners whose projects they deliver. Builders run the job, trades collaborate on their part, and homeowners get a live window into their build through a dedicated portal.
How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to explore the platform on real projects. Before the trial ends we'll remind you, and you simply choose a plan to continue.
How long does onboarding take?
Most builders are up and running the same day. Creating your first project, quote and homeowner portal takes minutes. For larger teams, we offer guided onboarding and can help you bring existing jobs across.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Renoxpress runs in your web browser and on mobile, so there's nothing to install on a desktop. Simply sign in and go — your data syncs across every device.
Pricing & Billing
How much does Renoxpress cost?
Plans start at A$49/month for solo operators, A$149/month for growing teams, and A$399/month for established businesses — for both builders and trades. All prices are in AUD and billed monthly, with annual plans available.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings. Upgrades apply immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades take effect from your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in contracts. Renoxpress is month-to-month and you can cancel any time. If you prefer to pay yearly, annual plans are available and may save you money.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that your account pauses and billing stops. Your project data is retained for a period so you can reactivate and pick up where you left off.
For Builders
Can I manage multiple projects at once?
Yes. Depending on your plan you can run from 3 active projects on Starter up to unlimited on Enterprise, each with its own timeline, trades, payments and homeowner portal.
How does progress payment tracking work?
Renoxpress tracks payments against standard HIA construction stages, so you can raise progress claims at each milestone and see exactly what has been invoiced and paid across the whole job.
How do trade invites and the marketplace work?
You can invite your own trades to collaborate on a job, and — on Professional and above — post sub-contract work to the marketplace to find new trades. Trades can browse and, on higher tiers, bid on posted jobs.
Can I track profitability per project?
Yes. P&L tracking per project (Professional and above) shows live costs against budget for every job, so you always know which projects are making money.
For Trades
How do I get work through Renoxpress?
Builders invite you directly to their jobs, and you can browse the marketplace for available work. On Professional and above you can bid on marketplace jobs and boost your placement in the Trade Directory.
Can I submit quotes and get paid faster?
Yes. Submit digital quotes to builders in a few taps, track approvals, and follow payment progress on your jobs — all from your phone, without chasing paperwork after hours.
Can I showcase my past work?
Professional and Enterprise plans include an enhanced profile and portfolio showcase, plus reviews and ratings, helping you stand out and win more jobs.
For Homeowners
How does the homeowner portal work?
Your builder gives you access to a private portal for your project. There you can follow the timeline, see site photos and updates, review and approve variations, and track progress claims — any time, from any device.
Does it cost homeowners anything?
No. Homeowner portals are provided by your builder as part of their Renoxpress subscription. There's nothing for you to pay or install — just sign in with the invite your builder sends.
Will I be kept up to date on my build?
Yes — that's the point. Instead of chasing your builder for updates, you'll see progress as it happens, so you always know what stage your project is at.
Security & Data
Is my data secure?
We take security seriously. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted with reputable cloud providers, and access is controlled so only the right people see each project. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Where is my data stored and who can see it?
Project data is stored securely with trusted hosting providers. Access is role-based — builders, invited trades and homeowners each see only what's relevant to their part of a project.
Do you integrate with accounting software?
Yes. Xero and MYOB integration is available on Enterprise plans, so your invoicing and financials stay in sync with your accounting system.
How can I access, correct or delete my information?
You can access and update your account information at any time in settings, and request correction or deletion by contacting our privacy team at privacy@renoxpress.com.au, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
