Terms of Service
How Renoxpress subscriptions, billing, cancellation, support and service delivery work.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Service Terms”) govern the subscription, delivery and support of the Renoxpress platform provided by Renoxpress Pty Ltd. They operate alongside our Terms & Conditions. By subscribing to a plan you agree to these Service Terms.
2. Description of Service
Renoxpress provides a software-as-a-service platform for managing renovation and building projects, offered under tiered subscription plans for builders and trades. Feature availability depends on the plan you select, as described on our pricing page.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
To subscribe you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate billing information. You are responsible for maintaining your account and for all users you add under your subscription.
4. Subscription & Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis (or annually where an annual plan is selected), in Australian dollars. Fees are as published on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; by subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel.
5. Free Trial Terms
New accounts may receive a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, access continues only if you select and pay for a plan. If you do not subscribe, your account is paused. We may modify or withdraw trial offers at any time.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by the Australian Consumer Law, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods. Annual plans may be subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
7. Plan Changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the remainder of the billing period; downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. Usage limits (such as active projects and storage) adjust to your current plan.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will endeavour to provide advance notice of significant planned downtime. Occasional interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.
9. Support
Support is provided by email to all subscribers. Professional plans include priority email support, and Enterprise plans include phone support during Australian business hours. You can reach support at support@renoxpress.com.au.
10. Your Data
You retain ownership of the data you upload. We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. On cancellation, your data is retained for a limited period so you can reactivate, after which it may be deleted. You can request an export of your data by contacting support.
11. Acceptable Use
Your use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy in our Terms & Conditions. We may suspend service for accounts that breach that policy or that place undue strain on the Platform.
12. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Platform and its software remain with Renoxpress. Your subscription grants a limited licence to use the service for your business during the term of your subscription and does not transfer any ownership.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Service Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Renoxpress against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your breach of these Service Terms.
15. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription in accordance with these Service Terms. We may suspend or terminate your subscription for non-payment or breach. On termination, your right to access the service ends and outstanding fees become payable.
16. Governing Law
These Service Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
17. Changes to Service Terms
We may update these Service Terms from time to time and will take reasonable steps to notify subscribers of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
